Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted for defective items, incorrect shipments, or eligible product variations. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, and items must remain unused and in original packaging. Exchanges depend on supplier stock availability. Costs related to exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the supplier is at fault.
